It’s business as usual at Paul Baker Insurance Services (PBIS)

Most readers will be aware that PBIS became part of Insync Solutions Ltd with effect from 1st January 2022. Whilst this has meant a number of behind-the-scenes changes to our internal systems, which are designed to ensure the business remains robust and efficient going forward, as far as policyholders are concerned, it is very much business as usual. You will still be speaking and corresponding with the same people from the same office here in Cheltenham – although a number of staff do now work from home. Your policy continues to be underwritten by AXA Insurance UK, and we will continue to provide very high levels of customer service, something we regard to be of utmost importance. And importantly we will not be using call centres or answer machines; you will always speak to a real person.
